Kostelac More Than Doubles

Level 7 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

A player opened to 2,000 from under the gun and was called by a player in early position, Jacob Hershey in middle position and John Kostelac one seat over. Action then folded to the button who moved all in for around 35,000. The blinds, under the gun and early position players all got out of the way as did Hershey. Kostelac opted to call off for his tournament life with the shorter stack.

John Kostelac: {10-Hearts}{4-Hearts}
Button Player: {k-Spades}{j-Spades}

Kostelac was at risk and behind but the {3-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} flop did give him a flush draw. The {3-Diamonds} turn also gave him some chop outs with the {4-Spades} river improving him to a pair to scoop the pot and more than double his stack.
