Welcome To Flight 1a Of The RunGood Main Event at Downstream Casino In Joplin!

For the first time since 2020, The RunGood Poker Series has made its way back to Downstream Casino in Joplin with another full series. The series has reached its seventh event in tonight's $600 No-Limit Hold��em RunGood Main Event that will start at 7pm.

Last time saw Matt Riffel take down the RGPS Downstream Casino Main Event that saw a three-handed deal occur with Riffel coming out on top against Phillip Teel and Jared Ward. He received $35,333 for his efforts as well as a RGPS ring and a seat to the RunGood Pro/Am event in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This event boasts an impressive $100,000 guarantee on the prize pool and will again send one player to the RunGood Pro/Am in Las Vegas at the end of the year. Players expected to come out include defending champion Matt Riffel, previous champions Kyle Kinder and Grant Hinkle, Rob ��Boston Rob,�� Mariano, and WSOP circuit ring winner Daniel Lowery.

Players will start with 25,000 in chips with the blinds starting at 100/100 with a 100 big blind ante. Blinds will escalate every 30 minutes with a 10-minute break after every four levels. Late registration will end at level 9 and players who do not find a bag today will be able to play tomorrow in either flight B or C starting at 11 A.M. or 6 P.M. respectively. Play will continue until 12.5% of the field is reached and those players will return on Sunday May 22nd at 11 A.M. to play down to the winner.
