Today begins the second day of starting flights of the RunGood Poker Series Contenders Tunica $600 Main Event at Horseshoe Hotel and Casino. A total of 176 entrants fired in yesterdays flight, seeing 21 players make it to Day 2, which will resume tomorrow. Players unhappy with their ending total of the day, can choose to play another flight and have it be best bag forward, meaning a double bag will result in the bigger of the two stacks playing on Day 2, and the smaller one accepting a minimum cash.

Jessie Bryant leads the tournament at the moment after bagging 915,000 in yesterdays flight. Others that were able to bag stacks included, JW Carter (403,000) BJ McBrayer (313,000), Mike Cordell (113,000), and Kaleb Dunn (70,000). A total of two former RGPS Tunica champions made it through to Day 2 as well. Tiffany Keathley ended the day with 240,000, and defending champion Max Le ended with 70,000, both looking to get their hands on another main event title, as well as a piece of the $100,000 guaranteed prize pool.
