Dandrea and Hamilton Lead the Way After Day 1bc of Destination RunGood Tunica
The final two flights of Destination RunGood Tunica have played out and a total of 82 players will return on Sunday to play for the Main Event championship.
A total field of 662 players turned out for the three opening flights at the latest RunGood Poker Series stop and Day 1c's Juston Hamilton will return on Sunday as the overall chip leader. He will be followed by Chris Dandrea, who bagged the chip lead on Day 1b, and Michael Chilton, who finished in second on the leaderboard for Day 1c.

Dandrea sat on one of the bigger stacks through the middle and later levels of Day 1b, and he bagged over 200K more than his nearest competitor, Dale Humphrey. Also near the top of the leaderboard was Tina Visconti, who bagged the fifth-highest stack from the flight.
Many of the players that were unsuccessful on Day 1a found a way to Day 2 on Saturday, including Terakun "Papa Karn" Karnchanakphan, who finished just outside the top ten after a strong day. He's joined by Dorothy Crossman and William Anderson on Day 2, along with Ron Germany and Morgan McBrayer. Also joining them is WSOP bracelet winner David Moses, who will try to work his way back up the leaderboard as one of the shorter stacks on Sunday.

On Day 1c, Hamilton built a steady stack throughout the day before he closed out strong in the late levels to take a commanding lead of more than 300K chips over his nearest competitor. WPT champion Mike Davis also ran hot for much of the day, and he held the chip lead throughout until he came back to the back near the end. Also returning on Day 2 is Brian Winter, who leads the RGPS Player of the Year race by a considerable margin. His nearest competitor, Shaun "The Ghost" Emery, will also return on Day 2.
Day 2 will kick off at 12 p.m. with the final 82 players and they'll return with just over eight minutes left in Level 15 and blinds at 4,000/8,000/8,000. Levels will increase every 40 minutes on Day 2 and the field will play down to a winner. Prize pool information will be announced once made available in the morning.
