Rick Block, who won the Fall Poker Classic Event #7 on Thursday, was just eliminated in a wild hand at Table 5. He relayed the action to us afterward:

Mike O'Hallahan opened with a raise to 2,000 from the button, and Block (small blind) and the big blind called to see a flop of {A-}{A-}{6-} with two spades. It checked around and the {J-Clubs} fell on the turn. Block checked, the big blind bet 2,600, O'Hallahan folded, and Block check-raised all in. The big blind called, and the cards were turned up.

Block: {K-}{10-}
Big Blind: {Q-Spades}{2-Spades}

Block was shocked to find that his king-high was ahead, but the {K-Spades} on the river completed his opponent's flush. Block still has until tomorrow morning to re-enter but hasn't decided yet if he'll do so.
