Kempe Suddenly Shortest Stack

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante

On a heads-up flop of {8-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{5-Spades}, Dan Colman bet the small blind and Erik Seidel called in the big blind. The {4-Spades} turn went check, check, and Colman then bet the {5-Clubs} river for 45,000. Seidel called and Colman claimed the pot with {J-Diamonds}{6-Spades} for a straight.

One hand later, Colman raised to 50,000 on the button and Rainer Kempe defended the big blind. On the {Q-Hearts}{9-Spades}{5-Clubs} flop both checked. Kempe bet the {5-Hearts} turn for 49,000 and Colman called before the {9-Hearts} river was checked through. Kempe showed {10-Hearts}{8-Spades} for a busted gutshot, and Colman took it down with {A-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}.

Kempe raised and called a three-bet to 100,000 by Colman the very next hand before check-folding a flop of {A-Hearts}{7-Spades}{2-Hearts}.

Colman himself lost a pot to Seidel's {9-Clubs}{4-Clubs} after the latter flopped bottom pair and a flush draw, got there on the river.

Fast forward a few moments and Seidel raised to 60,000 in the small blind. Kempe three-bet to 160,000 and folded to the shove of Seidel.
