Yong and Patgorski Chop, Lim Doubles as Jetten Wins Side Pot, Robl Enters
The action picked up right where it left off before the break, with the players getting a lot of chips into the middle.
We'll pick up with Wai Kin Yong, whom we concluded the action with before the break with Yong opening the action to 24,000 from middle position and Gabe Patgorski defending from the big blind.
The flop came down with Patgorski calling Yong's 35,000 continuation-bet, the hit the turn, Patgorski shoved and Yong made the call. Both players held king-queen and the pot was chopped.
There was a three-way all-in on the next table over with Paul Phua (cutoff), Peter Jetten (small blind) and Hau Lim Chan (big blind) getting all the chips in pre-flop. We arrived with the flop spread with Jetten holding , Chan holding and Phua with .
The turn and river completed the hand, and saw Chan triple, Jetten win the side pot and Phua pass both players some chips.
The newly arrived Andrew Robl padded out Chan's stack to the tune of 100,000 the very next hand with the two getting all the chips in pre-flop.
Andrew Robl:
Hau Lim Chan:
Robl was in bad shape but flopped a gutshot draw on the flop. The turn did not change anything, and the river gave Chan a flush for good measure to chip him up further, while Robl loaded up another bullet.
Marius Torbergsen busted the feature table not long afterward to thin the field by one, with Ivey busting not long afterward.
