The pace of eliminations is certainly slower than in the previous regular starting day as some 68 players out of 152 contenders remain near the end of level nine on Day 1b.
The UK's Hasmukh Khodiyara avoided the knockout when his 
flopped a set of sixes to double through Serdar Demircan. Both players are now pretty much spot on for the average stack and aim to survive another two levels until bagging and tagging.
