Mostafa Essanhaji opened to 2,500 from the hijack and "Johan" three-bet to 7,500 from the button. Alexandre Reard, who had lost a bit more than half his stack over the last two levels, called from the small blind and Essanhaji also called.
Action checked around to "Johan" who bet 10,500 on the 4?9?6? flop. Reard put in a check-raise to 25,000 which was enough to force a fold from both remaining opponents and take down a nice pot uncontested.
Meanwhile, Ugo Palmero and Rachid Boughrara have both recently been eliminated from the tournament.
