The Final Flight of the 2015 WPT National London Accumulator Awaits
Two of the three flights of the 200 No Limit Hold'em partypoker WPT National London Accumulator at the Aspers Casino are done and dusted. Day 1b finished about an hour ago with 83 players out of the 177 entries bagging up chips and Matas Cimbolas jumped into the overall lead after a steamrolling performance that netted him 169,200.
He is not guaranteed the lead for tomorrow's day 2 though, as several other players such as Surinder Sunar, Gareth Smirthwaite and Jeraint Hazan bagged up chips in both previous flights. The overall attendance has increased to 370 entries and the final heat as of 8 p.m. UK time will decide if the guarantee of 100,000 will be eclipsed and by how much.
The PokerNews team will be back in half an hour when the third and final flight gets underway with another eight 30-minute levels scheduled and a starting stack of 20,000 chips. Among those to return to the tables are Gabriel Tuna, James Dempsey and WPT champions club member Tony Dunst. Many others will likely take the third bullet as well to increase their odds of a deep run.
