Muijlkens Collects Two Scalps

Level 9 : 400/800, 100 ante

Action folded to Dutchman Danny Muijlkens and he raised it up to 2,100. His neighbor Sandro Pitzanti in the cutoff shoved all in for 15,400, followed by a shove from small blind Pieter van Gils for 16,300. The decision got back on Muijlkens and he tanked for a bit before tossing in some 5,000-chips to call.

Danny Muijlkens: {3-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}
Sandro Pitzanti: {A-Hearts}{6-Hearts}
Pieter van Gils: {K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}

Van Gils had the best hand, but the {9-Spades}{J-Hearts}{2-Hearts} flop made things a bit iffy for him. The {3-Hearts} on the turn made Pitzanti exclaim a shout of joy, but he wasn't home safe just yet as Muijlkens had just hit a set. The {9-Hearts} on the turn paired the board and that meant the end of it for both Van Gils and Pitzanti.

As the two left the table, Muijlkens started stacking and told the table that pocket threes really was his hand, and that he had won a large sum with it just last week. Well, it's working for him, Muijlkens now has a stack worth over 100,000.
