David Dao just caught a major break in a hand that saw quad kings decorate the board. Unfortunately we missed the betting action, but managed to catch the showdown: The board read K-K-A-K-K and Dao had tabled an inconsequential pocket pair of eights, hence he played the board. His opponent had produced A-10 and he too played the board, creating a chopped-pot situation.
"Thank you, dealer!" said Dao, as he got up out of his seat and gave the dealer a hug.
