Day 2 Concludes with Easley Leading Final Table
The final table of the Main Event is set at the 2010-11 World Series of Poker Circuit Event - Rincon. The final 36 players returned to play today, butall but nine of them have hit the rail. Leading the pack is Seneca Easley with 856,000 in chips.
Today was a short day on the felt, but it was one that included the bursting of the money bubble. Ivan Dcunha was the unfortunate bubble boy, finishing in 22nd place at the hands of Michael Simon. A few of the players who made it to the money, but failed to reach the final table included Garry Gates, Andrew Moreno, Jason Wheeler and Eddy Sabat.
The final player to hit the rail was Brian Green in 10th place. He feel at the hands of the chip leader Easley after Easley's came from behind against Green's .
The final nine players will return tomorrow at noon local time to play for the gold ring, the title and over $70,000 in first-place prize money. Oh, and the winner will get an entry in the $1,000,000 National Championship Freeroll in late May out in Las Vegas. We'll see you all tomorrow!
