Wazwaz Gets Half With a Straight

Level 1 : 100/100, 0 ante

Five players invested 400 to see a {k-Spades}{q-Spades}{j-Clubs} flop together, and action checked to the preflop raiser, Steve Wazwaz from under the gun. He bet 1,000, and was called by the player next to act, as well as Bryan Skreens on the button and Ricky Landais in the small blind.

"You kids have fun," Craig Trost said before folding his big blind.

Action checked through the {8-Hearts} turn, and the {9-Clubs} fell on the river. Landais checked, and Wazwaz bet 4,000. The player next to act called, and Skreens and Landais folded.

Wazwaz tabled {10-Clubs}{5-Clubs} for a straight, and chopped it up with his opponent's {k-Hearts}{10-Spades} for the same straight.
