Keeling Re-Raises All-In on the Flop

A player in middle position raised to 1,300 and the action folded around to Nick Pupillo who called in the small blind and Rob Keeling defended in the big blind.
The flop came 
and Pupillo fired out a bet of 1,800 which Keeling called before the third player in the hand raised to 7,000. Pupillo slid his cards into the muck and Keeling announced all-in and the opponent snap-mucked. "No four" Keeling said.
