Kenny "The Kid" Tran has $420,000 in career earnings and has three previous WSOP cashes. He donates 10% of his tournament winnings to help out his extended family in Vietnam. There were several points during Day 2 and 3 when Tran flirted with the chip lead. The former poker dealer originally learned how to play poker in a bowling alley in 1992.
