Kattamuri Knocks Out Kowssarie

Some time ago, we reported a hand in which Mohamad Kowssarie hit a one-outer to make a straight flush and eliminate an opponent. He remained quite active following that hand, and hit a rough patch where he lost several pots in a row. He'd slipped down to about 200,000, when the following hand took place.

Raja Kattamuri raised to 3,500 from the cutoff, and Kowssarie reraised to 10,000 from the small blind. Kattamuri called.

The flop came {4-Diamonds}

. Kowssarie bet 17,000, Kattamuri raised to 50,000, Kowssarie pushed all in for 180,000, and Kattamuri, who barely had Kowssarie covered, made the call.
