Steve Wong Eliminated in 9th Place ($16,517)

Steve Wong completed on third street with Dutch Boyd and Carlos Mortensen making the call. On fourth, Boyd led with both players calling until things got heavy on fifth street.

Wong led, Boyd raised and Mortensen re-raised with both opponents calling. On sixth it was an identical scenario, however this time Wong capped the action, before he was finally all in by the river.

Wong's board looked threatening but he mucked, unable to better Boyd's flush as Mortensen took the low.

With that Wong was eliminated in 9th place for a collect of $16,517. There will now be a short break before the official final table of eight gets underway!
