Michael Katz thought he was in the big blind and put out 16,000 chips before the deal. He then stood up from his seat and took a few steps away from the table momentarily. When he came back, the cards were dealt and he realized he was under-the-gun. He tried to take his chips back but the dealer wouldn't allow it. A floor was summoned who made the same ruling.
Action folded to Michael Noda. He raised to 45,000, folding both blinds. Katz peeked at his cards, stewed a bit and then folded in disgust.
