It either is, or is not, Montel Williams' birthday today (we really don't trust anything that Brad Garrett has to say while he's doing his shtick on the mic). But Garrett recently led the whole assemblage in a rousing rendition of Happy Birthday on Williams' behalf. While that was going on Williams doubled up with
