John Lynch and Terrence Chan made it to a 
flop and Lynch bet out. Chan, without even looking up from his sci-fi novel, made what may be the smoothest and most nonchalant raise that has ever been seen at the WSOP. Lynch called all in, and Chan didn't even look up until all the cards were on the table.
