James Bord raised to 5,000 from the cutoff, and Derric Haynie called on the button. Then big blind Keith Lehr bumped it up to 22,000. Bord shipped in his 36,300 stack, and after Haynie folded, Lehr called. Both players needed a card. Lehr held
