Coats Hung Out to Dry

Adam Coats made his move under the gun, risking his last 87,000. The next player to act, Scott Pfeffer, flatted. Then Dennis Murphy reshoved from middle position, covering both players. Pfeffer opted to fold, and Coats' {2-Spades}{2-Diamonds} didn't look so hot up against Murphy's {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}. The cards fell {10-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}, sending Coats home. Murphy is now approaching chip-leader Greg Pohler with 725,000.
