Hartman Gets a Fold from Chiu

With roughly 15,000 chips in the middle, the final board read 
between Craig Hartman and David Chiu. There was a bet of 12,000 laid out in front of Hartman and Chiu was in the tank when we arrived at the table. Chiu reshuffled his cards a couple times before double checking them. He eventually mucked his hand and gave Hartman the pot.
Hartman moved up to 66,000 while Chiu slipped back a little bit to 89,000.
