Jacks are Good for Wiley

When we walked up to the table, it was on Niccolo Caramatti, who was in the tank after Ryan Hemmel raised, Caramatti reraised, Ian Wiley moved all in and Hemmel called. Caramatti eventually folded and Hemmel tabled {a-Hearts}{k-Spades} and was up against Wiley's {j-Hearts}{j-Spades}.

The {10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and {9-Diamonds} fell on the flop. Keeping Wiley's tournament hopes alive, as he was covered by Hemmel. The turn brought the {10-Spades} and the river the {9-Clubs}, giving Wiley a double to just over 604,000.

"Did you say what you had?" Wiley asked Caramatti.

"Queens," he replied.
