Mason Straightens Out to Stay Alive
A player under the gun made it 3,300 to go. Matt Mason made the call and the Alain Medesan in the big blind made it 12,300. The under-the-gun player folded and Mason shrugged and said, "Alright, well I'm all in," and shoves his stack, which was around 60,000, into the middle. Medesan made the call and the cards were on their backs.

The flop came down giving Mason a gutshot straight draw. Sure enough, he hit it on the turn when the fell. The fell on the river and Mason chipped up to 125,000.
"You're a good player," Medesan said to Mason sarcastically.
