Romine Regressing

After raising preflop to around 3,500 Romine received one caller, the big blind. On a 
board Romine bet out 5,000. He was quickly reraised as the big blind moved all in for 25,000 more. Romine thought about it for awhile even grabbing the right amount of chips putting them back and doing it again. He looked like he really wanted to make the call, but in the end his cards made their way into the muck.
