Quadruple Chance

Welcome back to the Amazon Room for the fourth and -- we can say this with some certainty now -- final day of the $5,000 Triple Chance event, the 50th event on the schedule. We started with 817 players, and four of them are being stubborn. Thirty levels of play haven't been enough, and our final four are set to return to the felt shortly to finish this thing out.

All four of our players have had their hands on the chip lead at one point or another this week, but it's Adam Geyer boasting the big stack at this point. He's trailed by the boisterous Frenchman (Antonin Teisseire), a quiet but excitable one from the Midwest (Darryl Ronconi) and the top-tier pro (Eric Froehlich). Here's how they stack up:

PlayerChips
Adam Geyer3,730,000
Antonin Teisseire3,425,000
Darryl Ronconi3,000,000
Eric Froehlich2,125,000

We'll be playing 50,000/100,000 to start, so everyone has at least 20 big blinds. Still, it shouldn't take more than a couple levels to play down to a winner, although we've likely just jinxed that by printing it. Play begins at 2:30 P.M., just about 15 minutes from right now. You'll be able to watch the live stream over here, and our coverage will be right here alongside it.

Don't wander off!
