Shultz Called Down

Jimmy Shultz, owner of a WSOP bracelet for winning the $1,500 limit hold'em event in 2008, opened with a raise from the cutoff and got one caller in the small blind. The board came {J-Spades}{A-Clubs}{10-Hearts}, then {10-Diamonds}, then {7-Diamonds}, with Shultz's opponent check-calling him on all three streets.

Shultz showed {Q-Hearts}{J-Diamonds} for jacks and tens, but his opponent had {A-Diamonds}{9-Spades} for the better two pair. Shultz is still sitting with an above-average stack of more than 20,000.
