Jonathan Duhamel Eliminated in 10th Place ($19,788)

Level 23
Jonathan Duhamel - 10th Place
Jonathan Duhamel - 10th Place

Jeff Lisandro raised all in for his last 24,000 from the cutoff and Viacheslav Zhukov three-bet from the button. Jonathan Duhamel called from the big blind and the three players took a flop.

The flop came down {k-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} and Duhamel checked. Zhukov checked it back and both players did the same when the {2-Spades} struck fourth street. The river was the {4-Clubs} and Duhamel check-called a bet from Zhukov.

Zhukov showed {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{5-Clubs} for a seventy-five low while Lisandro showed {K-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} for top two pair which was good for the high. Both players chopped up Duhamel who was left short stacked while Lisandro was able to stay alive in the tournament.

Duhamel was all in the next hand against Robert Mizrachi but failed to gain any traction. He was eliminated in 10th place and his elimination has set in motion our official final table.

Lisandro Getting Low

Level 23

Brian Hasings opened with an early position raise and Jeff Lisandro three-bet from the cutoff. Viacheslav Zhukov called from the button and Hastings called as well.

The flop brought {Q-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} and all three players checked. They did the same on the {6-Spades} turn and three more knuckles rapped the table as the {J-Spades} finished the board.

Hastings showed {A-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} for queens and sixes and Zhukov showed the same with {A-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}. Lisandro mucked his hand which allowed Zhukov and Hastings to chop the pot.

"That's What Happens When You Get Old"

Level 23

We caught up with the action to see four bets before the flop with Ryan Lenaghan, Arthur Kargen, Christopher George and Brain Hastings going to the flop.

The dealer fanned {J-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and Lenaghan led out with a bet. Kargen raised and Hastings called. George got out of the way and Lenaghan called all in.

The turn was the {8-Spades} and Kargen bet out. Hastings called and both players checked the {Q-Clubs} on the river.

"Jacks," stated Kargen. "Oh...wait. No. I don't." He let out a chuckle. "That's what happens when you get old."

Kargen showed {A-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} and Hastings tabled {A-Spades}{J-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{4-Hearts} to win the pot with a pair of jacks for the high in the side pot. Lenaghan tabled {K-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{2-Clubs} and was able to triple up with his pocket kings.

Hanson Doubles Through George

Level 23

Bart Hanson raised from the cutoff and it folded around to Christopher George. George made it three bets from the small blind and Hanson was his only caller.

The two were heads up to the {2-Diamonds}{A-Spades}{3-Diamonds} flop and George led out with a bet. Hanson raised and George announced a call. The {k-Diamonds} hit fourth street and George put out a bet which was enough to put Hanson all in for his last 29,000. Hanson called and the hands were revealed.

Hanson: {A-Hearts}{K-Spades}{6-Spades}{3-Spades}
George: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{2-Hearts}

The river bricked out and Hanson was able to double up with his top two pair. Hanson now has about 208,000 in chips.

Mizrachi Scoops George

Level 23

Jonathan Duhamel opened from middle position and received calls from Robert Mizrachi in the hijack and both Christopher George and Ryan Lenaghan in the blinds. All four watched as {6-Spades}{J-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} struck the felt and there were three checks over to Mizrachi who fired a bet. Christopher George raised and both Lenaghan and Duhamel folded.

The two were heads up to the turn where the {7-Diamonds} hit the felt. George checked and Mizrachi led out. George called. The {3-Clubs} fell on the river and George check-called one more bet.

George tabled {K-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Spades} but was scooped when Mizrachi showed {a-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} with a straight and the nut low. Mizrachi is now sitting on a stack of about 775,000.
