De Meulder Busts Wilt

Level 12 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

In one of the first hands of the day we already lost Charles Wilt. Before most players at the table were even finished unpacking their chips, Wilt had shoved all in from the cut off. In fact, the player who was supposed to be on the button wasn't even there yet so Wilt practically had the button.

Wilt had shoved with {Q-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} and received a call by Matthias De Meulder from the blinds. De Meulder held {A-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} but was out flopped: {5-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}{J-Clubs}. The turn was the {A-Hearts} however and De Meulder jumped back into the lead. The {5-Clubs} on the river was of no help to Wilt who had to depart a couple of spots before the money.
