Hands #180-184: Schindler Shoving

Level 31 : 50,000/100,000, 10,000 ante

Hand #180: Jacob Schindler limped from the small blind and Ryan Jaconetti checked. The flop was {9-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{k-Spades} and when Jaconetti bet 100,000 Schindler made the call. The turn {4-Hearts} saw a 240,000 bet from Schindler and a call from Jaconetti. The river was the {9-Hearts} and Schindler bet 1,350,000. Jaconetti thought for a good while and look back at his cards before letting it go.

Hand #181: Schindler limped on the button and three players saw a flop of {6-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}. Jaconetti led out for 125,000 and just Schindler made the call. The turn was the {9-Diamonds}. Both players checked to see a river {10-Spades}. Schindler bet and got called as Jaconetti had {9-Hearts}{8-Spades} and beat the {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs} of Schindler.

Hand #182: Jaconetti opened for 225,000 and it folded to Schindler in the big blind who moved all in and took it down.

Hand #183: Jaconetti got a walk.

Hand #184: Schindler made it 200,000, Jaconetti in the small blind made it 550,000 and Dempsey folded the big blind. Back to Schindler who moved all in and took it down.

Hand #175: Jacob Schindler raised to 200,000 from the button and both opponents folded.

Hand #176: Ryan Jaconetti raised to 225,000 from the button and Sean Dempsey three-bet to 550,000 from the small blind. Jaconetti made the call and the flop came {3-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{k-Hearts}. Dempsey checked, Jaconetti bet 375,000 and Dempsey folded.

Hand #177: Jacob Schindler called from the small blind and Ryan Jaconetti checked his option in the big blind. The flop came {6-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}, Schindler bet 100,000 and Jaconetti folded.

Hand #178: Ryan Jaconetti called from the small blind and Sean Dempsey checked his option in the big blind. The flop was {k-Hearts}{10-Spades}{6-Spades} and both players checked. The turn was the {9-Clubs}, Jaconetti checked and Dempsey bet 100,000. Jaconetti called and the river was the {a-Hearts}. Both players checked, Dempsey tabled {8-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} for one pair and Jaconetti mucked.

Hand #170: Jaconetti made it 225,000 on the button and he won the antes and blinds.

Hand #171: Dempsey opened for 250,000 on the button and Jaconetti in the big blind made it 550,000. Dempsey called to see a flop of {10-Spades}{10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}. Jaconetti led out for 425,000 and Dempsey laid it down.

Hand #172: Dempsey got a walk.

Hand #173: Jaconetti opened for 225,000 and won the antes and blinds.

Hand #174: Dempsey on the button made it 225,000 and Jaconetti called in the big blind. The flop was {4-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}. Jaconetti checked as did Dempsey and the turn was the {8-Diamonds}. Dempsey bet 325,000 and won the pot.

Ryan Jaconetti got out of the way and Dempsey tabled {k-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} versus the {a-Clubs}{j-Hearts} of Schindler. Dempsey would need help to stay alive and got it on the flop of {3-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{k-Spades}. The turn was the {6-Hearts} and the {9-Hearts} fell on the river. Dempsey doubled and knocked Schindler’s stack down.

Three Return Looking To Take Down Event #39: $3,000 No Limit Hold'Em

After three days and 30 levels of play, things were still not settled for Event #39: $3,000 No Limit Hold’Em. Three players will return today to play to a winner. Jacob Schindler (3,860,000) and Ryan Jaconetti (3,410,000) finished Day 3 as the leaders and Sean Dempsey will come in as the short stack at 1,660,000.

They are each guaranteed at least $212,373, but surely have their eyes on the top prize of $548,460 and the gold bracelet.
