Hands #63-66: Smith Dominating Patti

Level 24 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante

Hand 63: Danny Nguyen opened to 52,000 on the button before folding to John Fontana's shove.

Hand 64: Frank Patti raised to 62,000 in the small blind, and Jeff Smith defended. Patti continuation-bet 60,000 on the {5-Spades}{10-Clubs}{a-Clubs} flop, and Smith called. Patti kept firing with 82,000 on the {j-Hearts} turn, and again was called. Both players checked the {j-Diamonds} river, and Smith took the pot with {a-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} for aces up.

Hand 65: Patti opened to 50,000 on the button, and Smith three-bet tiny to 80,000 in the small blind. Patti called, but he folded to Smith's 75,000 on the {4-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} flop.

Hand 66: Patti raised to 50,000 under the gun and was called by both Smith (button) and Fontana (big blind). Fontana checked the {3-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{3-Clubs} flop, and Patti bet 60,000. Only Smith called, and the two saw a {5-Clubs} turn. Two checks ensued, and the {8-Spades} finished out the board. Patti fired 125,000, and Smith made it 400,000. Patti tanked for about a minute and a half before calling.

Smith showed him {5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} for a turned boat, and Patti showed a {3-} before mucking his hand.
