Level 29 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Hand #102: David Laka raised to 240,000 in the small blind and Eric Blair defended his big. They saw the {3-Hearts}{J-Hearts}{2-Hearts} hit the felt and Laka scooped the pot with a bet of 180,000.

Hand #104: Laka received a walk.

Hand #105: Wien raised the button to 205,000 and Blair called out of the big blind. Wien continued for 125,000 on the {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{Q-Spades} texture and Blair folded.

Jake Schindler
Jake Schindler

Hand #101: Eric Blair opened to 200,000 in the cutoff with Jeremy Wien calling the button. Jake Schindler then three-bet all in for 1,140,000 from the small blind. David Laka four-bet all in 3,850,000 with Blair folding and the two went heads up with no more action.

Jake Schlinder: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}
David Laka: {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}

The flop of {2-Spades}{4-Spades}{8-Spades} kept Schlinder in the lead as did the {6-Diamonds} turn. However, the brutal {a-Clubs} on the river cracked Schlinder's kings and made him the fourth-place finisher for $159,575.

Shawn Buchanan Eliminated in 6th Place ($82,199)

Level 29 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Shawn Buchanan - David Laka
Shawn Buchanan - David Laka

Hand #89: Eric Blair opened to 175,000 from under the gun, getting no callers and collecting the blinds and antes.

Hand #90: Shawn Buchanan opened to 160,000 on the cutoff with David Laka putting in a three-bet to 400,000 on the button. It folded back to Buchanan who took a few seconds before shoving all in for 2,030,000 with Laka calling instantly for his remaining 1,630,000.

Shawn Buchanan: {5-Spades}{5-Hearts}
David Laka: {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}

The flop came {9-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}, followed by the turn of {k-Diamonds}, with the river falling the {9-Spades}, ending Buchanan’s bracelet hopes as the sixth-place finisher as Laka gains a healthy chip lead.

David Peters Eliminated in 7th Place ($60,618)

David Peters

Hand #88: Peters shoved 475,000 on the button and David Laka looked him up from the big blind.

David Peters: {K-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}
David Laka: {Q-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}

The {4-Spades}{5-Hearts}{5-Spades} was safe for Peters, but the {Q-Spades} was a disastrous card, shifting the odds towards Laka. Peters could only hope for a king on the river, but he wouldn't get one as the {4-Clubs} eliminated him in seventh place.

Hands #85-87: Schindler Doubles Through Peters

Level 29 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Hand #85: In the cutoff, John Amato three-bet jammed for 875,000 over Shawn Buchanan's open-raise. Buchanan folded, leaving the pot to Amato.

Hand #86: Jake Schindler raised all in out of the small blind and David Peters accepted, calling the 785,000-chip shove.

Jake Schindler: {A-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}
David Peters: {J-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}

Schindler flopped two pair on the {A-Spades}{8-Clubs}{3-Hearts}, but it wasn't over on the {7-Clubs} turn which brought a gutshot for Peters. The river was, however, the {Q-Diamonds}, and Schindler locked the double.

Hand #87: Jake Schindler took the blinds and ante with a button-raise of 200,000.
