Hands #44-48: Deeb Takes From Volpe and Lewis

Level 28 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Hand #44: Paul Volpe called from the small blind and Shaun Deeb raised to 330,000 from the big blind and took the pot down.

Hand #45: Volpe raised to 225,000 from the button and Romain Lewis called from the big blind. The flop came down {6-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{6-Spades} and Lewis checked to Volpe.

Volpe bet 160,000 and Lewis called.

The turn came down {3-Clubs} and both players checked. They also checked on the {6-Hearts} river and Lewis took down the small pot.

Hand #46: Deeb raised to 225,000 from the button and Volpe defended his big blind. Volpe checked on the {3-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{5-Hearts} flop and Deeb put in a bet of 200,000. Volpe called.

The turn was the {9-Spades} and Volpe checked a second time. Deeb bet 460,000 this time around and Volpe called again.

The {7-Clubs} completed the board and Volpe checked again. Deeb thought about it for a minute before shoving 2,280,000 forward. It was Volpe's turn to act again and he peeked at his cards again. After about a minute Volpe let go of his hand.

Hand #47: Volpe limped the small blind and Deeb raised to 330,000 from the big blind. Volpe folded.

Hand #48: Deeb raised to 325,000 from the small blind and Lewis defended his big blind.

The flop was {2-Clubs}{K-Hearts}{Q-Clubs} and Deeb continued showing aggression with a bet of 275,000. Lewis called to see the turn.

The fourth card on the board was the {5-Spades} and Deeb grabbed another pile of chips. This time the bet was 820,000 and it was decision time for Lewis. He made the call and the river card was dealt.

The {J-Hearts} completed the board and the pot was already close to 3,000,000. Lewis had only 2,700,000 behind and Deeb moved all in. Lewis folded and Deeb won a big pot.
