McDermott Eliminated in Family Pot

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Badugi

All five players at Table 431 were in there on the second draw, and Timothy McDermott patted while Brian Hastings, Frank Kassela, Nam Le and Scott Seiver all drew one behind him. McDermott bet and it called around until Seiver popped it up. McDermott was all in for 14,000 and everyone else called.

McDermott broke and the others drew one until it got to Seiver, who bluffed throwing a card away and then pounded the table, getting a round of laughs.

"That would have been awesome," Kassela said.

"I thought it was in play," Hastings said.

"It was definitely in play," Seiver said.

Everyone checked the end and Kassela announced a ten. Seiver had it beat with {9-Clubs}{5-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} and took the monster pot down to force a redraw.
