Hand #18: Adam Richardson raised to 7.3 million from the small blind, and Farhad Jamasi called for the last of his 6.8 million chips from the big blind.

Adam Richardson: {j-Clubs}{8-Clubs}
Farhad Jamasi: {k-Spades}{q-Spades}

Board: {2-Hearts}{j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{10-Spades}

The board nailed Richardsons hand as hard as it possibly could, and the quad jacks send Jamasi to the rail in 6th place.

Final Table: Hands #1-5: Fontaine and Husaynue Take the Plunge

Level 36 : 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante
Seniors FT
Seniors FT

Hand #1: It folded to Husaynue on the cutoff who moved all in for 4,100,000, not wasting any time at all post dinner break. Mash took him on from the small blind and it was bad news for the short stack: Mash had {a-Spades}{10-Clubs} to his {a-Hearts}{5-Spades}. The board was kind, however, bringing {2-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{6-Spades} for a life-saving chop.

Hand #2: Farhad Jamasi raised to 1,550,000. Jean-Ren Fontaine moved all in on the small blind for 4,830,000 million and Jamasi let it go.

Hand #3: Adam Richardson opened for 1,100,000 under the gun and again, Fontaine moved in, saying it in French for good measure: "tapis!" The amount: 7,380,000. Everyone folded.

Hand #4: It folded to the small blind Jim McNurlan who completed, Richardson raised to 2 million, and McNurlan called. On a flop of {8-Spades}{q-Hearts}{a-Clubs} McNurlan checked, Richardson bet 3,000,000 and took the pot.

Hand #5: Fontaine shipped it in again preflop, this time for 9,730,000; Adam Richardson made the call as he rubbed his hands together in anticipation. It was a dominating matchup that Fontaine needed to overcome, {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts} vs. {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}. He called for a "dix" and the deck provided it: {2-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{j-Spades}. He had to fade quite a few outs, but did so as the turn and river came down {7-Spades}{9-Hearts}. He doubles to 20,400,000.

Mash Doubles Through McNurlan

Level 35 : 200,000/400,000, 400,000 ante
Howard Mash
Howard Mash

On the last hand before dinner break, Howard Mash went all in from the hijack for his 6,625,000 stack. James McNurlan called in the big blind.

Howard Mash: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}
James McNurlan: {k-Spades}{j-Spades}

Board: {9-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}

Mash, the Day 2 and 3 end-of-day chip leader, has been short stacked for most of Day 4, but he's back in business after the pocket aces held up.

Husaynue in the Thick of the Action

Level 35 : 200,000/400,000, 400,000 ante
Samir Husaynue
Samir Husaynue

He might be the table short stack, but Samir Husaynue is not folding down to the felt. He won one and lost one back to back, each time the ace of spades featuring despite no flop being seen.

First off, Husaynue opened for 1,150,000 on the button and big blind Howard Mash, who's been on the wrong side of every pot for two levels, moved all in for 4,475,000. This was about the size of Husaynue's total stack. He thought for a while but folded, Mash showing the {a-Spades}.

The next hand, it folded to Husaynue on the cutoff and he moved his stack across the line, facing a similarly long sweat while big blind Jean-Ren Fontaine, also short but not quite to the extent of his opponent, asked for a count and ultimately folded, showing the {a-Spades}.
