Hoang Gets Some Chips Back

Level 20 : 20,000/40,000, 0 ante

In one hand, John Hoang raised on the button and Andrew Kelsall called in the small blind.

The flop gave {6-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{4-Spades} and Kelsall check-called another bet from Hoang. On the {q-Clubs} turn however, Kelsall opted to check-fold this time and Hoang added the chips to his stack.

A few hands later, the flop showed {q-Spades}{7-Spades}{9-Spades} in a raised pot when Hoang check-called a bet from Brian Kim situated on the button.

The {10-Diamonds} turn went check-check and a {10-Hearts} paired the board on the river. Hoang bet and Kim called, but only to muck when he saw {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} in Hoang's hand for two pair.
