Players are now on a 30-minute break. It's time for a color up.
Tamas Lendvai opened from middle position for 2,800. He got calls from late position, the cutoff, the button, and David Lascar in the big blind.
The flop was checked through before Lascar fired for 5,100 on the turn. Lendvai and the button folded while late position and the cutoff called.
On the river, the late position player fired for 6,000. The cutoff folded before Lascar made the call. His opponent showed , good for second pair, while Lascar flipped over , good for top pair and the pot.
On the next hand, a raise from middle position to 3,000 got a call from the cutoff, and from Lascar, now in the small blind. On the flop, the aggressor continued for 6,000. The cutoff got out of the way before Lascar made the call.
The turn was checked by both players, but Lascar bet 15,000 on the river. After a moment or two, his opponent folded, and the pot was his.

Action was caught with three players on a flop. Nathan Gamble checked, a player bet 5,000 with almost 10,000 into the pot, before Kenny Robbins announced all in for 37,500. Action was back on Gamble and he also announced all in. The third player finally folded.
Kenny Robbins:
Nathan Gamble:
Two pair for everybody, but Robbins had two better pair. The dealer completed that board with a turn and river and Robbins was good for a full double up. Gamble still has a decent stack for this stage of the tournament.

A player in middle position opened to 3,000 and received a single call from Rafael Moraes out of the big blind.
Action checked through the flop to the turn where Moraes checked for a second time. His opponent led out for 3,000 and Moraes responded by raising to 9,000. The middle position player called to send the two players to the river.
Moraes over-bet jammed the river for 29,700 and his opponent went into the tank. After some time, the middle position player did end up making the call and was shown by Moraeas, a hand she could not beat, giving the Brazilian Team Pokerstars Pro a full double.

Tiffany Michelle took a great start today, as she can be seen with 260,000 right now.
She explained that she recently received a lot of chips from a player. Michelle raised to 2,500 after a limp and this same player reraised to 13,000 when action was back on her.
Michelle called and both women saw a flop. The opponent bet and Michelle raised to put her at risk. She had around 50,000 and made the call. When cards were shown down, Michelle had a set with and was against , for ace high. The turn and the river secured another elimination for Michelle, who could not believe it.
"But...what did she just do ?" reacted Michelle.

In early position, Scott Petersen opened to 2,500 and Abou Sy called on his left. Then James Strong moved all in for 3,500, getting called by the player in the big blind, Petersen and Sy.
On the flop, the big blind and Petersen checked to Sy who bet 5,500. Big blind folded but Petersen called.
On a turn, both players checked, to see a river. Petersen checked again, but not Sy, who decided to bet 8,500. Enough to make Petersen fold.
James Strong:
Abou Sy:
Sy took the side and main pots, thanks to his pair of kings. James Strong was eliminated.

After a limp from under the gun, Bala Patur raised to 3,000 from early position. Middle position moved all in for 20,700. Action folded back around to Patur, who, after a count from the dealer, made the call fairly quickly with his opponent covered.
Opponent:
Bala Patur:
Patur was already ahead, and improved to a pair on the flop. The turn and river changed little, and Patur's pair of queens was still best. He scooped the pot while his opponent headed to the rail.
