More Than 1,200 Players Return for Day 2 of Event #71: One More for One Drop
India's Neel Joshi leads the field of 1,271 remaining players as they return for Day 2 of Event #71: One More for One Drop No-Limit Hold'em at the 2022 WSOP in its new home at Bally's and Paris Las Vegas. Joshi rose through the ranks as he bagged 543,000, slightly overtaking Argentine Mauricio Parodi (521,000), who had been accumulating chips for much of the day. They will be joined by Day 1a chip leader Renmei Lui (445,500) and Day 1b chip leader Andre Cohen (456,000).

Action begins Sunday July 10th at 12 p.m. local time in Paris rather than Bally's, where the Main Event is taking place. Players will again play ten 60-minute levels starting at Level 11 with 1,000/2,000 blinds and a 2,000 big blind ante. There will be a 15 minute break every two levels along with a 60-minute dinner break after Level 16, at around 6:30 p.m. local time.
Also finding a bag for Day 2 are Event #22: $1,500 Monster Stack runner up Mateusz Moolhuizen (257,000), Matt Berkey (101,500) and WSOP bracelet winner Alex Foxen (35,000), who won Event #50: $250,000 Super High Roller this World Series. Selim Oulmekki (272,000), Christina Gollins (129,000) and three-time bracelet winner David Pham (119,500) will also return along with William Kassouf (221,000) as well as bracelet winners David "ODB" Baker (156,000) and Pat Lyons (69,500).
Players who have yet to enter or who failed to secure a bag can late register or reenter until the end of level 12.
