Tran Triple Barrels
There was an open from early position to 600 and action folded to Michael Tran in late position who put in the cold three bet to 2,700. The remaining players folded and action was back on the original raiser who put in the call.
The 2?9?10? flop landed and the early position player checked. Tran didn't waste too much time before putting out a bet of 2,200. His opponent made the call.
The 6? turn hit the felt and again the player in early position checked. Tran now sized up with a bet of 7,000. Again, the player in early position made the call.
The 7? landed on the river and one last time the player first to act checked. Tran wasted almost no time before stacking up the remainder of his chips and sending them into the middle. No sweat needed, as his opponent snap-folded and Tran was the recipient of a nice pot early in Day 1c.
