Is Hartshorn Making the Greatest Comeback Since Lazarus?
After a limp from under the gun, Joseph D'Agostino bet 240,000 from middle position and Clinton Hartshorn moved all in for 40,000. Tom Eidenschink called from the small blind.
Armando Flores in the big blind announced all in to isolate and covered the remaining active players. Under the gun, D'Agostino and Eidenschink all folded. Flores was awarded the 600,000 side pot and went to the races with Hartshorn for 260,000.
Clinton Hartshorn: K?K?
Armando Flores: J?J?
Hartshorn woke up with a monster with his one big blind shove. Their kings held after the Q?5?3?9?6? runout to get the near septuple up.
The very next hand Hartshorn was all-in again and ran his KxJx into AxKx, but spiked a jack in the window and locked up a double up. Hartshorn is now a double-up away from the average stack.
