Lin Doubles Through Sovrel

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

The board read 10?5?4? with two players remaining in the pot.

Ren Lin in the big blind checked the action to Sam Sovrel in early position. Soverel bet 75,000 and Lin check-raised to 440,000.

Soverel three-bet to the size of the pot putting Lin all in. The hand went to a showdown.

Ren Lin: A?Q?9?5?
Sam Soverel: K?10?6?5?

The turn fell the 7? and the river brought the 3?.

"Touch down baby!" Lin exclaimed as his ace-high flush was ahead of Soverel's king-high flush, ensuring him the full double.

Harwood Eliminated by Soverel

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Sam Soverel raised to 85,000 in the cutoff and Joseph Liberta called on the button. Jay Harwood then raised the pot to 370,000 out of the small blind with fewer than that behind. Soverel opted to call and Liberta got out of the way.

"Put a seven out there," Soverel mentioned while he looked at his opponent before glancing at the 9?6?4? flop. Harwood pushed all-in and Soverel snap-called.

Jay Harwood: A?A?8?2?
Sam Soverel: 9?8?6?5?

Soverel was ahead with two pair and a gutshot. Nothing changed with the J? turn and K? river to send Harwood to the rail on a pay jump.

Lau and Bunal Face Off Again

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Ka Kwan Lau raised from the cutoff to 65,000. Florencio Bunal in the big blind three-bet to the size of the pot for 205,000 and Lau called.

The flop of 10?10?K? saw Buncal slow down, now check-calling a bet of 150,000 from Lau.

Bunal checked in the dark as the K? was peeled. Lau checked back.

Again, Bunal checked in the dark as the K? fell. Lau thought for some time before checking back.

Bunal showed A?A?7?7? for a full house.

The players at the table all laughed as one of them announced: "You get aces every third hand!".

Lehr Eliminated by Harwood

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Keith Lehr
Keith Lehr

On a flop of A?K?2?, Keith Lehr ended up all-in and at risk out of the big blind against Jay Harwood from under the gun.

Keith Lehr: A?5?2?2?
Jay Harwood: A?K?Q?3?

Lehr was marginally ahead with the bottom set versus top two pair and flush draw. The Q? turn gave Harwood even more outs and he got there with the 8? river.

One minute later, Anthony Hu was the next to bow out and that reduced the field to the final four tables.

Hendrix Doubles Through Hu

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Just before the blinds had gone up, Anthony Hu raised it up from the button only for Adam Hendrix to three-bet the pot in the small blind with Hu coming along. Hendrix had 30,000 behind and check-called all-in on the 8?7?4? flop.

Adam Hendrix: A?A?6?3?
Anthony Hu: K?Q?J?J?

The 9? turn and 7? river changed nothing as Hendrix doubled to trade stack sizes with Hu.
