Bleznick Knows How (Not) to Win PLO Tournaments; Kolibas Triples Up
Max Lehmanski opened to 85,000 from early position and Jared Bleznick called from the cutoff. Matthew Kolibas then potted it from the button to 375,000, which got the blinds to fold. Lehmanski shoved all in for around 1,000,000 total, which sent Bleznick into the tank.
"I don't think I can fold this hand," remarked Bleznick to himself.
"This is how you win PLO tournaments," Bleznick said before he shoved his stack of around 600,000 into the pot.
Kolibas also called off his remaining 95,000 chips which meant all three players were all-in.
Jared Bleznick: K?8?6?4?
Matthew Kolibas: A?Q?3?2?
Max Lehmanski: A?A?5?2?
Bleznick had the middling cards but it was Kolibas who was propelled into the lead after the Q?Q?4? flop gave him trips. The 6? improved everybody to some kind of draw but the 10? river was a brick which meant Kolibas tripled up, Lehmanski took the small side pot, and Bleznick was eliminated.
