Hands #1-3: Moorman Doubles Through Sung

Level 27 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

Hand #1: Steve Sung opened to 115,000 on the button and Max Silver called out of the big blind. The flop came {q-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{3-Clubs} and Silver check-called a bet of 100,000.

The {10-Diamonds} fell on the turn and Silver check-folded to a second barrel from Sung.

Hand #2: Sung opened to 115,000 from the cutoff and Chris Moorman three-bet to 325,000 on the button. Sung four-bet to 1,000,000 and Moorman five-bet jammed all in. Sung made the call, putting Moorman at risk.

Moorman: {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}
Sung: {j-Spades}{j-Hearts}

A classic race was underway. The dealer fanned a {5-Clubs}{2-Spades}{3-Spades}{5-Spades}{a-Diamonds} and Moorman spiked an ace to stay alive and double through Sung.

Hand #3: Michael Gagliano opened to 125,000 under the gun and John Gorsuch called out of the big blind. The flop came {9-Clubs}{a-Spades}{k-Hearts}, Gorsuch checked, Gagliano bet 140,000, Gorsuch check-raised to 335,000, and Gagliano called. The turn was the {3-Clubs}, Gorsuch bet 500,000, and Gagliano called. The {j-Clubs} fell on the river and both players checked. Both turned over an ace but Gagliano's ace-queen was best.
