With a stack of around 100k, Karl Mahrenholz could only afford one big pot, and it played out against even shorter-stacked Ross Boatman. Boatman made it 15k to go preflop, and Mahrenholz called on the button.

The turn: {A-Diamonds}

As he may have anticipated, Boatman's stack crossed the line straight away. While he only dipped a toe in the tank on the flop, he now went for full body immersion. Looking pained, he counted out the call, and finally made it.

He turned over {K-Clubs}

behind Boatman's {A-Clubs}

. It stayed that way on the {2-Spades}
