Hands #15-19: Khangah Gets to His Feet

Level 23 : 600,000/1,200,000, 200,000 ante

Hand #15: Dominik Nitsche raised to 2.5 million from the hijack with {k-Spades}{8-Spades} and Andreas Eiler called from the small blind with {3-Hearts}{3-Clubs}. Thomas Muehloecker was in the big blind with {a-Spades}{j-Hearts} and also made the call.

The flop fell {q-Hearts}{10-Spades}{5-Spades} and the action was checked around to the {2-Diamonds} on the turn. Eiler and Muehloecker checked again and Nitsche fired 5.0 million with his flush draw. Eiler folded and Muehloecker followed him.

Hand #16: Ahadpur Khangah open-shipped all in for 12.025 million from under the gun with {k-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} and picked up the blinds and antes.

Hand #17: Christoph Vogelsang raised to 2.6 million from the hijack with {a-Diamonds}{5-Spades} and everyone folded.

Hand #18: Nitsche received a walk in the big blind.

Hand #19: Muehloecker limped in from the hijack with {k-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} and Khangah called on the button with {a-Spades}{6-Hearts}. Nitsche completed the small blind with {5-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} and Mikita Badziakouski checked his option with {10-Hearts}{4-Hearts}.

The flop came {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}{q-Spades} and the action was checked to Khangah who moved all in for 11.625 million. Nitsche and Badziakouski both folded and Muehloecker asked for a count. Khangah stood up from his chair with his hands on the bumper of the table while Muehloecker tanked for nearly three minutes. He eventually folded and Khangah sat back in his chair.
