Bednar Takes it Down Without Showdown

Level 21 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Jan Bednar was the initial raiser from under the gun and picked up three callers in Aneris Adomkevicius in the cutoff, Petr Setka on the button and Thorsten Schuler in the big blind. The flop of {K-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{7-Diamonds} was checked to Adomkevicius, who bet 60,000. Setka called and Schuler folded, but Bednar had other plans and check-raised to 235,000. That was enough to claim the pot right there, as Adomkevicius and Setka let go in quick succession.
