A Big Double for Viard

Level 10 : 800/1,600, 0 ante

Rex Clinkscales doubled his short stack with {K-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{6-Spades} versus {Q-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{8-Spades}{7-Spades} after the chips went in on a flop of {Q-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}, and the {J-Clubs} turn and {J-Diamonds} river gave the American a flush.

After two players limped, Igor Sharaskin raised to 10,000 and Alexandre Viard three-bet the pot to 36,000, which only Sharaskin called. On the flop of {K-Spades}{7-Clubs}{4-Clubs} the stacks went in and Viard was the player at risk with {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} for 55,700. Sharaskin had a big draw with {9-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}, but the {J-Hearts} turn and {A-Clubs} river failed to improve the Russian.

Soon after, Sumit Supra was all in at the same table with {K-Clubs}{K-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} against the {A-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} of Rifat Palevic and the board came {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{8-Spades} to five Supra a straight on the river.
