Talbot Wants to See
Parker Talbot has been calling the clock a lot today, but on himself.
On this hand he defended the big blind from a button raise. Mark Roberts raised to 11,000 preflop and Talbot called.
The flop came and Talbot check-called a bet on the flop. The turn was the and he check-called another bet, this time it was 17,000.
The river was the and Talbot checked once again. Roberts bet 72,000 and Talbot went into the tank.
"Will you show me this time?"
"Why do I feel like you have nine-seven suited?"
Roberts said he would not show and eventually Talbot called the clock on himself.
"Can I get the clock again?"
As the final second counted down, Talbot didn't move and instead of mucking the dealer reached for his hand and pushed the pot to Roberts.
Roberts turned to show a friend on the rail and the other players informed him that he now had to show the table. He turned over .
